Official Transcripts
Send official transcripts from all colleges, universities, institutions, and military training to Temple College Admissions and Records. All official transcripts must be on file with Admissions and Records before the application deadline.

Course Equivalencies
You are responsible for confirming that your completed courses meet the Nursing program's prerequisites and are equivalent to TC requirements. This must be done before applying.
- If you are unsure, contact the Temple College Advising Center at 254.298.8331 or advisingcenter@templecollege.edu.
- Your official transcripts must be on file with Admissions before Advising can evaluate your courses.
Your Nursing application will not be processed until you have submitted it and uploaded all of the required documents. Your official transcripts must also be on file with Admissions and Records.
Transfer Students
Students who have successfully completed nursing coursework at another school may be considered for admission based on space availability. Transfer students must apply for admission to the Nursing program during the application cycle, be accepted, then request to have their courses evaluated for transfer.
- Students who have been dismissed from a nursing program for unsafe or unprofessional conduct will be required to provide information regarding the circumstances and be subject to a review to determine eligibility to enroll.
- All eligible nursing courses must be completed within 1 year prior to admission to be considered for transfer. Any coursework outside of this timeframe will be expired and must be repeated.
Nursing Course Failures
A nursing course failure is any grade lower than a "C". This also includes "WF" grades and any other grade indicated on the sending institution's grading scheme, as stated on the official transcript.
"Nursing course failure" applies to failed EMS courses as well as Nursing courses.
