Educational Outlook

The Child Development Department offers Child Development/Early Childhood (EC) courses to meet varying needs, such as teacher aide, childcare administration, lead teacher in a preschool classroom and CDA (Child Development Associate) training. In addition, the department offers two academic transfer courses (TECA 1303, TECA 1354) that are required for students planning to transfer to pursue a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood through 6th grade.
