Program Information

The Associates of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography program provides educational experiences and all coursework necessary to prepare the student as Sonographer and qualify the graduate for the credential exam offered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS) for Abdominal Sonography-Extended, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Vascular concentrations
