Magic and confusion abound in Shakespeare’s beloved comedy where four young lovers and an eager troupe of amateur actors are caught in the crossfire between a mischievous sprite and the quarreling Fairy King and Queen. This one-act adaptation brings a fresh, fast-paced take to the classic story, blending whimsy, romance and laughter in a production sure to delight audiences of all ages.

“This adaptation captures the heart of Shakespeare’s play while offering an accessible, imaginative experience for modern audiences,” said Romero. “It’s both playful and deeply human – a reminder of how easily love and dreams can intertwine.”

Join Temple College Theatre for an evening of enchantment, laughter and timeless magic beneath the midsummer moon.
