Information and Technology Services (ITS) provides cost-effective, scalable, and functional technology and services to support teaching, learning, research, and administration. Our approach focuses on providing great customer service and being responsive, open-minded, and accountable using unique and adaptable designs and approach to meet institutional and individual needs.
The ITS Help Desk is located in the One College Centre (OCC) on the Temple campus. For technology assistance with items such as a user name and/or password, difficulty logging into SelfService, email, a campus computer, or troubleshooting error messages received while trying to access computer resources, please call the ITS Help Desk at 254-298-8450, email us at helpdesk@templecollege.edu , or visit us on the 2nd floor of One College Centre.

How to Set Up Your Password
New Students: Until you are notified that your student email account has been created, continue to check your personal email account that you provided/entered on your application. Your student email account will be created within one business day of submitting your admissions application. Once created, this is the only email account that will be used by campus departments and faculty to communicate important information. You should receive an email with your login information and password.
- Start by signing into your TC email account You can also find the email link by visiting our website: www.templecollege.edu . Place your mouse over the Leopards Link, and selecting "Email"
- Enter your Temple College email and the password you were given in the email. If it does not work, or you do not know it, contact the Help Desk at 254-298-8450.
- You will now be prompted to change your password. It will need to follow the following requirements:
- Be between 12 and 18 characters.
- Contain one or more Uppercase letters
- Contain one or more lowercase letters
- Contain one or more numbers
- Contain one or more of the following special characters: !#$%^*+
- It cannot include your name or the name of the College
- Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- Continue to follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Once you complete setup for Microsoft Authenticator, the system will then ask for you to enter your phone number, and a message will be sent to your phone with a code. Once you enter this code, you will then see your Outlook page.
- The password should sync to your email and computer login within the next hour.
- Now you will need to sign into Self-Service. You can find the link under "Leopard Links".
- You will sign in with your Temple College email address; For example: smithj123@stu.templejc.edu
- If you are already signed into you email (Microsoft), Self Service will sign you in automatically. If you are not already signed into Microsoft, you will be taken to the Microsoft login page. Sign in with your TC email and current password.
- Contact the Help Desk if you have any questions or issues.

From installing and maintaining AV equipment to offering technical support during classes, our team is dedicated to creating a reliable and tech-savvy learning environment. Our goal is to minimize technical disruptions and maximize the impact of instructional technologies in every classroom, always keeping student and faculty success at the forefront. If you experience an issue with AV equipment or smart TVs in the classroom, please call the Help Desk at 254-298-8450.
