Welcome
Information and Technology Services (ITS) provides cost-effective, scalable, and functional technology and services to support teaching, learning, research, and administration. Our approach focuses on providing great customer service and being responsive, open-minded, and accountable using unique and adaptable designs and approach to meet institutional and individual needs.
The ITS Help Desk is located in the One College Centre (OCC) on the Temple campus. For technology assistance with items such as a user name and/or password, difficulty logging into SelfService, email, a campus computer, or troubleshooting error messages received while trying to access computer resources, please call the ITS Help Desk at 254-298-8450, email us at helpdesk@templecollege.edu , or visit us on the 2nd floor of One College Centre.
How to Set Up Your Password
New Students: Until you are notified that your student email account has been created, continue to check your personal email account that you provided/entered on your application. Your student email account will be created within one business day of submitting your admissions application. Once created, this is the only email account that will be used by campus departments and faculty to communicate important information. You should receive an email with your login information and password.
- Start by signing into your TC email account You can also find the email link by visiting our website: www.templecollege.edu . Place your mouse over the Leopards Link, and selecting "Email"
- Enter your Temple College email and the Password that was emailed to you. You can reset the password later if you like. It will need to be 12 characters long, including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
- Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- Continue to follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Once you complete setup for Microsoft Authenticator, the system will then ask for you to enter your phone number, and a message will be sent to your phone with a code. Once you enter this code, you will then see your Outlook page.

Download Microsoft Authenticator
- Get the app for your Android or IOS mobile device.
- On the Additional Security Verification page Step 1: How should we contact you - select "How do you want to receive notifications."
- Configure the app by adding your school email.
How to Reset Your Password
Once you have setup Authentication for your email, you can now change your password without assistance from the HelpDesk. Your new password will need to be at least 12 characters long, including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character. See below for the links.
If you do not know your password:
- Visit
- Enter your TC Email and the Captcha and then click "Next"
- Select "I forgot my password", and click "Next"
- Select your form Verification, and follow the directions.
- You can now add your new password following the 12 character requirement mentioned above.

Microsoft Office 365 Software
- Students and educators can access Office 365 Software for FREE (includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Use your valid Temple College email address to get started today.
- *Please Note: Access to this FREE account is only available to current TC students/faculty/staff.
- Visit Office.com and Sign In with your TC email and password. Click on the drop-down menu on the top right of the page that reads 'Install and more' and select Install Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Once the download is complete just follow the on screen prompts and sign into the software with your Temple College email address and then enter your TC login credentials.
Adobe Creative Cloud for Students
- Temple College has made Adobe Creative Cloud - All Apps - Pro Edition - EDU Edition available to all currently enrolled students. Adobe Creative Cloud gives users access to a collection of software developed by Adobe for graphic design, video editing, photography, stock images and cloud services.
- Visit Adobe.com and sign in with your Temple College email address and credentials.
- Once signed in, navigate to the left pane and click on Apps.
- You will see the Essential Apps available in your plan.
- On the app that you wish to install simply click install and follow the prompts on your screen.
Access our WiFi Networks
- Students, Faculty and Staff: TC.BYoD is the preferred TC wireless network for students, faculty and staff based on the most secure encryption and authentication standards available. Our wireless service provides secure access for users on campus.
- Guests: TC.Guest is the TC wireless network for Guests. It allows for open, short-term use. With no sign-in required, this connection is primarily for Temple College visitors and guests who need wireless access.
Tech Support for Staff
We make sure that all classroom technologies function seamlessly, providing faculty and students with the tools they need for effective teaching and learning. From installing and maintaining AV equipment to offering technical support during classes, our team is dedicated to creating a reliable and tech-savvy learning environment. Our goal is to minimize technical disruptions and maximize the impact of instructional technologies in every classroom, always keeping student and faculty success at the forefront. If you experience an issue with AV equipment or smart TVs in the classroom, please call the Help Desk at 254-298-8450.
Maintaining Temple College owned devices to be up to date and in optimal performance is top priority. If you experience an issue with your computer please contact the Help Desk to create a support ticket by emailing helpdesk@templecollege.edu or by calling 254-298-8450.
Staff Requests for Hardware and Software
If you would like to use a new software or hardware for your department, please reach out to our Network and Infrastructure team to assure software requirements integrate successfully within our network. You may email Caleb.Hogue@templecollege.edu with your questions.
After inquiring with the Network and Infrastructure team regarding your request for software and hardware you may place your order, please email helpdesk@templecollege.edu to open a ticket.
