Welcome to the Temple College L.E.A.D.S. page! We are here to support your Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), including Health Science, education at Temple College. From filling out your application, to earning your degree and landing that dream job, we will go ABOVE & BEYOND to make your dream a reality!
Temple College received a five-year, $3.6 Million grant from the U.S. Department of Education to partner with Texas A&M University-Central Texas, Taylor ISD, and other school districts to prepare more Hispanic and low-income students for careers in high paying, high-demand, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), including Health Science Programs.

The Austin metropolitan area is the sixth most concentrated STEM occupational area in the United States. According to the Austin Chamber of Commerce, there are now over 119,000 STEM related jobs in the Austin area. The Texas Workforce Commission shows a similar pattern with 60% of current in-demand jobs in the Temple area being STEM related jobs.
