Temple College Scholarships


Temple College is committed to ensuring that all students have access to affordable education, recognizing the financial barriers that many face. To support this mission, the college offers a variety of scholarships designed to alleviate the cost of tuition and provide a pathway for academic success.

The Temple College Foundation also awards a wide variety of scholarships. Applications for 2024-2025 scholarships will be accepted beginning Jan. 31, 2024 through June 2024. Students are required to write an essay as part of the scholarship application process.

The Colwell Family Scholarship is a fine arts scholarship endowed by Adelaide S. Colwell.

It will be awarded on a rotating basis to majors in the various fine arts  departments (Performing Arts and Visual Arts).

The Temple College Young Adult LULAC Council 22305 offers scholarships that are  available to students of all ethnicities. Interested students must complete a Temple College Foundation Scholarship general application PLUS participate in the LULAC Legacy Scholarship Competition. Contestants must give a 10-minute presentation on any aspect of Latino heritage or culture. For details, write tclulac@gmail.com.
