Stephanie Sanchez's Senior Music Recital

Stephanie Sanchez, a senior music educator major at A&M University-Central Texas, will present their senior recital on Sunday, November 9th, at 4:30 in the Mary Alice Marshall Performing Arts Center's Jackson-Graeter Backstage Theater, located on the Temple College campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

The program will feature works by Ernest Bloch and Christopher Willibald Gluck showcasing a range of styles from the early classical period and the 20th century. Stephanie will be joined by David Perez-Guerra (piano) and Sheryl Goodnight (piano).

Sanchez has studied under Sherly Goodnight, a private flute lesson instructor, and has participated in the Symphonic band. In addition to performing, she has been active in volunteering to work at Temple College Jazz Fest.

“This recital is the culmination of four years of growth as a musician,” said Sanchez. “It’s a chance to share everything I’ve learned and to thank those who have guided me along the way.”

Following graduation, Sanchez plans to teach music in the elementary to middle school levels and later pursue a master's degree in Conducting.
