July 23, July 24, and July 29, 2024, The HSI L.E.A.D.S. Team transported students to participate in 3 college tours that included: Texas A&M University of Central Texas, Huston Tillotson University, and Texas A&M University in College Station.

On September 9, 2024, Temple College visited Rockdale Intermediate School and proudly hosted a speaker from the Mad Science, funded by the L.E.A.D.S. Program. This interactive and hands-on presentation gave fourth-and fifth-grade students the opportunity to engage with science. Lots of fun. Lots of smiles!
