High School Equivalency
Current providers of the high school equivalency tests in Texas include the GED test through GED Testing Service, LLC and the HiSET exam through Educational Testing Service (ETS). Upon the successful completion of a single provider’s exams, the test taker will be issued a State of Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.
Scheduling a Test
In order for a person to take any of the above mentioned tests, they must follow the steps below.

Visit the vendor website of choice to create an account

Select Temple College as their testing center

Choose a date from the given schedule to test

Submit payment online.
High school equivalency testing is only done on the Temple College campus in Temple. The Testing Center is located in the Barron Student Success Center, RM 3613. Testing times vary, so please visit each testing vendor’s website for scheduling information.
